Atmosphyre “Create in Uganda” Project

Picasso was correct in saying that every child is an artist, but what if a child doesn’t have the experience of creating? How does the absence of creating affect us as adults? I know for myself that if I did not have the experience of creating as a child, there would be no Atmosphyre today. That is why I am so excited to say that we are helping the Jesus Children Orphanage in Lugazi, Uganda, by sending them materials to make things to create. Our goal is to help these children have the experience and satisfaction of making things with their hands. We are sending them the same materials that we use here every day at Atmosphyre to create, and giving them instructions on how to make things for themselves. We are also providing support for this ministry in opening an e-commerce site so that they can sell things they make.

This is Dawn again!! I am giving it one last ditch effort to see if there is anyway possible I could get you to make me the kitchen sink for my forever home!! I absolutely loved the two kitchen sinks you made me for my Pittsburgh home and the new owners love them as well!! The kitchen sink and powder room sink you made me for my Canada Lake House are amazing!! My husband retired and we now are building our forever home on Lake Keowee South Carolina and I have been looking for kitchen sinks but cannot find anything that even remotely compares to your sink!!! I know that you said you do not want to make them anymore but if you could, you would make me so happy!!! Dawn
