Missing or Lost Parts

Do to the increasing number of claims for missing wall valves (rough-ins), since covid lock-downs, if there is proof of delivery for wall valves being sent, we no longer replace them for free. The valves can now be purchase separately from our website on our “Faucets” page.

Lifetime Warranty

If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, you may return item within one year from the date of purchase.  If any product fails to meet your expectation at any time, within the lifetime of that product, we will either send you a new one to replace it, or give you a full refund. 

New Product Returns

If you are not happy for any reason with any product that you have received from us, you can return it at any time. The product must be returned in its original packaging.  If you no longer have the packaging, we will send you a box, along with foam and shipping tape, which must be used when repackaging for shipment.  All returns are made via UPS.  Please email us the day before you put package out for return, so we may schedule pickup with UPS.  Shipping sticker will be provided by UPS driver.  We will pay shipping costs for item returned.  Once the product has been received and inspected, you will receive a full refund.  The funds will be credited to the credit card used when product was purchased.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using UPS with a tracking number.  All items are shipped to the address provided by you at checkout. If your address cannot be confirmed by UPS, the order will be on hold until we can contact you to receive the correct address. Your tracking number is provided when your item has shipped. Please use that to track your delivery date. Please include your email address and a phone number if you would like for UPS to contact you for any issues with delivery.

Because of the weight of concrete products, all items will ship out UPS ground and will take up to 10 business days to arrive. Products that are prepackaged before being listed will go out the same day if the order is received by 1:00 pm on a business day.

Samples

Samples are free but we do ask for them to be returned when finished. Simply let us know when you are done with a sample and we will have UPS pick it back up.
